Who owns your data
You do. Your CRM contacts, WhatsApp conversations, lead lists, transcripts and uploaded documents stay yours; AceOS holds only the rights needed to operate, secure and maintain the service for you.
We do not sell personal data: not contacts, conversations, transcripts or lead data, and not to advertisers or data brokers. AceOS learns from your own workspace's outcomes, not from other customers' records.
Who can see it
- Each customer's workspace is isolated from every other customer's at the database level, not only in the screens.
- Inside your workspace, roles decide what each teammate can see and do: owner, admin, manager, sales agent and read-only.
- Data is encrypted in transit, and at rest where appropriate to the system.
- Access to production systems is restricted, and credentials are kept in managed secret storage.
Staying in control
- Actions you mark as sensitive wait for a person to approve them.
- Your team can take over a WhatsApp conversation with one click.
- AceOS suggests improvements from your own results; nothing changes until someone on your team accepts it.
What we keep
AceOS does not ordinarily retain call audio after the processing needed to provide the service. Transcripts and structured details from conversations are kept while they are maintained in your workspace, so the CRM, follow-ups and intelligence can work.
After you delete information or close your account, eligible data is removed from active systems. Limited copies can remain for a time in encrypted backups, security logs and where law requires records, such as financial records.
Deleting and exporting
- Authorised users can delete contacts, leads, messages and transcripts from inside AceOS.
- Anyone can ask for deletion of their personal data, free of charge, at the data deletion page or official@acedigihub.online.
- To export your workspace data, write to official@acedigihub.online and we will arrange it with you.
Who helps us run AceOS
We use a small set of providers, and give each access only as far as the work needs. Current providers include:
- Meta: WhatsApp Business Platform
- Google: certain AI and technology services
- LiveKit: real-time communications, self-hosted
- Vobiz: telecommunications and calling
- Razorpay and Cashfree Payments: payment processing
- Resend: transactional email
Some providers process information outside India. We do this in line with Indian law, and using a provider does not give it ownership of your data. The full list is in section 17 of the Privacy Policy.
Reporting a concern
If you think something is wrong, or want to report a vulnerability, write to official@acedigihub.online. Privacy grievances go to our grievance officer, Prabin Kumar, at prabin@acedigihub.online.
