2. APPLICABLE LAW
This Privacy Policy is intended to comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations relating to privacy, data protection, information technology, and electronic communications, including, where applicable:

• The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act");

• The Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 ("DPDP Rules");

• The Information Technology Act, 2000;

• Applicable rules and regulations made under the Information Technology Act;

• Applicable contractual and consumer-protection laws;

• Applicable tax, accounting, and record-retention requirements; and

• Any amendments, rules, notifications, regulations, or successor legislation applicable to our processing activities.

The DPDP Act establishes obligations concerning processing of digital personal data and rights of individuals, while the DPDP Rules establish additional operational requirements. The final Rules were notified by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology on 14 November 2025 and provide for phased commencement of various provisions.
Where applicable law imposes additional requirements, Ace Digi Hub will comply with those requirements.
3. DEFINITIONS
For purposes of this Privacy Policy:

The Services may allow you to submit information to AI systems, including:

• Audio;

• Video;

• Business information;

• Customer information;

• Database information; and

• Other User Content.

Such information may be processed by Ace Digi Hub and, where necessary to provide the relevant functionality, by third-party AI or infrastructure providers.
You acknowledge that AI systems may require processing of submitted information in order to generate requested outputs.
7. AI OUTPUTS
The Services may generate:

• Text;

• Images;

• Audio;

• Video;

• Summaries;

• Classifications;

• Recommendations;

• Predictions;

• Reports;

• Automated decisions or actions;

• Workflow outputs;

• Code;

• Structured data; and

• Other AI-generated content.

AI-generated output may be generated automatically and may not always be accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before relying upon it where appropriate.
8. HOW ACE DIGI HUB USES INFORMATION
We may collect, store, process, analyse, and use information for the following purposes.
8.1 Providing the Services
We may process information to:

Where reasonably practicable, Ace Digi Hub may use:

• Anonymised information;

• Synthetic data;

• System metrics; and

• Technical telemetry

for research, development, testing, analytics, and improvement.
12. AUTOMATED PROCESSING
The Services may perform automated processing, including:

• Recommendations;

• Content generation;

• Data extraction;

• Data matching;

• Notifications;

• Automated communication;

• Automated routing;

• AI-assisted decisions;

• Scheduling;

Depending on the feature used, automated processing may result in an action being taken without direct human intervention.
Users are responsible for configuring their automations appropriately and reviewing outputs or actions where human oversight is appropriate or legally required.
Ace Digi Hub does not guarantee that automated or AI-generated outputs will always be accurate or appropriate.
13. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS
Ace Digi Hub may allow you to connect the Services with third-party platforms such as:

• Google services;

• Microsoft services;

• CRM systems;

• Payment platforms;

• Email services;

• Messaging platforms;

• Social media platforms;

• Cloud storage platforms;

• Databases;

• Advertising platforms;

• AI providers;

• Business applications;

• APIs; and

• Other third-party services.

When you connect a third-party service, you authorise Ace Digi Hub to access, receive, transmit, store, or process information from that service to the extent necessary to provide the requested functionality.
Your use of a third-party service remains subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
14. THIRD-PARTY AI PROVIDERS
To provide certain AI functionality, Ace Digi Hub may use third-party AI, cloud-computing, infrastructure, analytics, or technology providers.
Depending on the feature, information may be transmitted to these providers for purposes including:

• Processing prompts;

• Performing classification;

• Generating embeddings;

Where a customer has specific contractual requirements concerning AI providers, those requirements may be addressed through a separate Data Processing Agreement or enterprise agreement.
15. API ACCESS
The Services may provide APIs through which users can send information to or retrieve information from Ace Digi Hub.
API requests, responses, authentication information, logs, metadata, and technical information may be recorded and processed for:

• Providing the API;

• Authentication;

• Rate limiting;

• Security;

• Debugging;

• Monitoring;

API credentials must be kept confidential by users.

No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

28. USER RESPONSIBILITY FOR CUSTOMER DATA
If you use Ace Digi Hub to process information belonging to your customers, employees, users, leads, or other individuals, you are responsible for ensuring that:

• You have the legal authority to provide that information;

• Required consent has been obtained where applicable;

• Your use of the Services complies with applicable law;

• You do not use the Services for unlawful processing;

Ace Digi Hub is not responsible for a customer's failure to obtain required permissions or provide required notices.

Depending on the nature of a particular processing activity, Ace Digi Hub may process personal data:

1. For its own purposes, such as account administration, billing, security, analytics, marketing, service improvement, and business operations; or

2. On behalf of a customer, where the customer determines the purpose for which Customer Data is processed through the Services.

The parties may establish additional obligations through a separate agreement, Data Processing Agreement ("DPA"), enterprise agreement, or other contractual document.
Where a DPA or written agreement applies, its provisions will govern to the extent of any inconsistency with this Privacy Policy.
30. SENSITIVE OR HIGH-RISK INFORMATION
Users should not submit highly sensitive personal information through the Services unless the relevant feature expressly supports such information and the user has a lawful basis to process it.

AI-generated content, recommendations, classifications, predictions, decisions, and actions may contain errors or inaccuracies.
Users should evaluate AI-generated information before relying on it, particularly where the output could affect legal, financial, employment, medical, safety, or other significant matters.
Ace Digi Hub does not represent that AI-generated outputs will always be accurate, complete, unbiased, or suitable for a particular purpose.
45. ACCEPTANCE
By using the Ace Digi Hub Services, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review this Privacy Policy and understand the categories of information that may be collected and processed and the purposes for which such information may be used.
